The Path That Shaped My Work
I support women in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and feminine strength so they can live with greater authenticity, confidence, and fulfillment.
What the Horses Told Me
Some of my earliest memories are of standing quietly in a stable in the Westerwald where I grew up.
The air smelled of hay and earth. Large working horses shifted their weight slowly in the dim light. As a child, I loved to be near them — sometimes helping to lead them into the fields, sometimes simply standing beside them while they rested after work.
When life in my family became difficult, I often went there. My younger brother had died before he could be born, and my mother became seriously ill. In those years I discovered something that I could not yet name: the quiet healing presence of living beings.
The horses did not try to explain anything.
They simply stood there — calm, steady, present.
Much later in life, after many different professional paths and many years in the busy world of finance, I began to understand how deeply those early experiences had shaped me.
They had taught me something essential:
that healing does not always begin with words. Sometimes it begins with presence — with listening, with stillness, and with reconnecting to the deeper wisdom that already lives within us.
Today my work with women grows from this understanding.

A Glimpse of me
I grew up in the forests and meadows of the Westerwald in Germany, where a deep connection to nature and animals shaped my early understanding of healing and resilience as well as leading a creature and finding the heart and calmness to get trust and respect.
After studying biology and French literature, my professional path led from teaching German language to immegrees and writing for urban green environmental projects to many years in the financial industry in Frankfurt.
Today I bring together these diverse life experiences in my work as a women-centered coach, integrating meditative, intuitive, and expressive practices to help women reconnect with their inner strength and compassion, so that the can choose to live more authentic and fulfilling, sovereign lives.

My Personal Path to Now
I come from the Westerwald, a gently rolling landscape on the right bank of the Rhine. I grew up in a large extended family spanning several generations. Much of my childhood was spent outdoors — in my grandmothers’ gardens, in the surrounding forests and meadows, and among the animals that were part of everyday rural life.
These early experiences shaped my deep sense of connection to nature and to the quiet healing presence of the living world.
I later studied biology and French literature, preparing to become a teacher. My university years brought formative experiences, including excursions into the European Alps, where we researched the insects fauna. During a year on the Mediterranean coast through my French studies, I encountered body-and-text work, an approach that explores how meaning can be expressed through movement and embodied awareness — something that still influences my work today.
While studying in Marburg, I also became deeply engaged in exploring the history and consequences of the Holocaust, at a time when these topics were only beginning to enter public discussion in Germany.
My professional life began in Frankfurt, where I worked as a freelance teacher helping people from many countries and all ages learn German. During these years I also became a single mother to my daughter, which strengthened my determination to build a secure and meaningful life for us both.
Later I contributed to the Frankfurt Greenbelt Project, writing about the Frankfurt City Forest and collaborating with urban sociologist Walter Prigge.
Eventually my path took a turn into the financial industry, where I worked for many years within the European equity team of an international asset management firm. Starting as an assistant, I developed into a product specialist responsible for creating and designing communication materials for institutional investors.
This professional chapter not only allowed me to express my analytical and creative skills, but also to experience the benefits of team work and navigating together through severe crises. And my search for deeper forms of understanding and healing remained active while I could observe the market dynamics and describe the fate of so many enterprises.
In my early sixties I nevertheless chose to leave the financial industry and return fully to the path of empowering women. This was accompanied by challenging conditions of family members, who needed me being there. Since then I have studied energy medicine, Jungian coaching, and women-centered healing traditions.
Today I bring together these experiences in my work with highly sensitive and amazingly strong women.

Opening your Space to Feminine Unfolding
My work is dedicated to women who wish to reconnect with their inner voice and shape their lives with greater clarity, self-acceptance, and freedom.
In my coaching I combine several approaches:
- meditative and intuitive practices
• expressive body-based awareness
• depth psychological insights
• elements of traditional healing wisdom
Rather than offering ready-made solutions, I create a space in which women can rediscover their own inner knowledge and develop the confidence to follow it.
Many women come to this work at a moment of transition — when something in life is asking to change, deepen, or realign.
My role is to accompany this process with presence, clarity, and compassion.
Unfolding your Gifts
Many of the women I work with are not searching for a completely new life.
They are searching for a deeper relationship with the life that is already theirs.
A life that feels more authentic, more spacious, and more fully their own.
