Meditative and expressive Coaching for Women

I am Ingrid and accompany women into their own sovereignty and undfolding. The insights and practices required are the results of consequent studies since 2021.

Meditative and expressive coaching for women opens spaces for unfolding — often from midlife onward. It is rooted in the spiritual traditions of Cherokee women’s circles as taught by Misa Hopkins.

These spaces open through meditations, dream journeys, and ceremonies. Natural sovereignty in shaping one’s life emerges. At the beginning stands the space for holding long-unheard emotional needs — that evolves into the creative womb of transformation.

For our emotions are keys to meaning, connection, and new perspectives.

My own path started with studies in biology and French literature - expression of my curiosity for life in all its form. Myths and stories as well as healing symbolic work with the medicine wheel are part of my repertoire. Well, I am also inspired by ecopsychology.

At present I live with my daughter, a horse and two Chihuahuas in a forest-rich landscape near Frankfurt/Main in Germany - surrounded by nature and the rhythms of life.

My studies 2021 - 2025

The beginning was a course in courageous dreaming by Alberto Villoldo. Encouraged by experience I decided to embark on the full qualification in energy medicine at the Four Winds Society. This went well and also gained a lot of practical experience in applying soul journeys and aura cleanings.

As a fan of the depth psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, I wanted to look deeper into theinterface region of this psychology and shamanism. Therefore I went through the Jungian Coaching program of Dr. Avi Goren Bar.

Since most of my clients were women, I wanted to adapt my method to the group I became more experienced with. To this aim I first took a course in Woman Centered Coaching at the Evolving Wisdom School of Dr. Claire Zammit. This was a huge step forward.

As I wanted to work with women who needed a still more feminine way of working, my search continued. I found the She Rising Academy of Misa Hopkins as the solution to my quest.

The journey to build this program here thus has taken roughly five years. They were worth it. On each step I have gained a lot of practical experience and invaluable insights.

Stories, myths and finance

My fields of work have, for the most part, been spaces of teaching — but also landscapes of restoration and healing. Guided by career aspirations, I entered the world of finance, where I grew from a simple assistant into a product specialist for European equity funds.

In my fields of work, life was often lively and full of movement — whether in classrooms, on journeys through natural landscapes, or within the equity team of an asset management firm. In each of these spaces, I found opportunities to bring structure, illuminate what truly matters, and help insights take shape — while, of course, gathering a wealth of life experience myself.

I have also done quite a bit of writing. For the Frankfurt GreenBelt project, I contributed the sections on the Frankfurt City Forest and edited the book Criss-Cross through the GreenBelt. My collaboration with Dr. Walter Prigge was particularly close and inspiring.

On behalf of Dr. Bernd Kümmel, I wrote two study modules on learning strategies for the Medical University of the Teutonic Order.

In France, I set writing aside for a year to take part in a body-and-text seminar — an exploration of movement and embodied expression. There, we learned to give shape to meaning through the body itself. I remain deeply grateful to my teacher, Michel Launay, for that formative experience. It is one of the reasons my coaching today is not solely meditative, but also profoundly expressive.

For the Organization of Bicultural Families, chaired by Rosi Wolf-Almanasreh, I wrote a study on the integration of Ruhr Poles in Germany. Our project aimed to make visible the remarkable integrative strength that has long characterized our country.

Naturally, I also wrote and designed materials within the equity team — client reports for institutional investors, crafted to be both clear and visually engaging. I collaborated for many years with Neil Dwane in this context, and later worked extensively alongside Thorsten Winkelmann.

From my university days, I hold especially warm memories of Dr. Reinhard Remane — our excursions through the European Alps remain a truly wonderful experience. Later in Frankfurt, I had the privilege of studying the I-function with Thomas Görnitz, and immersing myself deeply in the fascinating world of electromagnetic waves.

My family

I come from the Westerwald, a gently rolling region on the right bank of the Rhine. I grew up in a large, extended family spanning several generations — a network of connections that was rich and lively. In the 1970s and 1980s, this began to change, and over time, only smaller family units remained.

There was one great love in my life — not destined to last forever, yet one that left a lasting, positive imprint on the course of my entire life.

Later, I became a single mother to a daughter, an experience that also spurred my career ambitions — after all, I didn’t want to live in want. We made our home in Frankfurt am Main, welcomed a dog, and eventually even a horse into our lives. I wove nature and landscape experiences into our urban days, so that the city itself, in time, became a world of its own for us.
